USDA’s Nutrition Evidence Library (now known as Nutrition Evidence Systematic Review) supported the 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee as it conducted systematic reviews on diet and health. The 2015 Committee completed its work in subcommittees, and below are links to the complete evidence portfolios for all NEL systematic reviews conducted by these subcommittees. Each evidence portfolio contains the systematic review questions, technical abstract, conclusion statement and grade, key findings, evidence summaries, research recommendations, and search plan and results. The Scientific Report of the 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee summarizes the systematic review findings and other evidence-based approaches used by the Committee, and provides interpretations and implications related to these reviews.
